On May 25, Mr. Rander Peña, the Vice Minister for Latin America at the Ministry of People’s Power for Foreign Affairs (MPPRE) welcomed the General President of GOUV at Casa Amarilla, the official headquarters of the Ministry.
The meeting served to express gratitude for the President General’s participation as an international observer during Venezuela’s recent elections for Governors and National Deputies.
During a brief but meaningful exchange, the President General also conveyed his sincere thanks for the invitation and reaffirmed GOUV’s commitment to new projects in Venezuela, as well as the organization’s support for the defense of the Venezuelan rule of law before international institutions.
This encounter marks another step forward in the strengthening of dialogue and cooperation between GOUV and Venezuelan authorities, reinforcing a shared dedication to transparency, democratic engagement, and international collaboration.
