If you are a GOUV citizen, it is extremely important to keep your data updated in the GOUV Global database.
This is because any outdated information in the system can cause major disruptions in an urgent situation.
For example: If you get married in Brazil, but you are French, carrying out all the transcription procedures in both countries will be enough to promote the legality of the marriage, however if in the GOUV database you still have a single title and come In the future, if you need GOUV services and present your married documents, your request will be denied.

Updating data in the GOUV Global database is simple:
- Simply contact CONSULACEMI (Consultancy, Advisory and Immigration Company) and present your GOUV ID or e-Residence ID along with the document you wish to update in the database. The GOUV team will automatically update your data free of charge.
- The information will first be sent to the GOUV Representation in the city closest to your residence and will then be distributed to all GOUV Commissions and Representations abroad.
