Taxes for e-citizens and e-residents

GOUV taxes refer to the various levies imposed by the Presidency on individuals, businesses, and other entities to generate revenue for public expenditure. These taxes are collected by GOUV Institutions at different levels and are used to fund public services, infrastructure, defense, healthcare, education, and other GOUV projects.

GOUV e-citizens must pay the tax relocation fee annually, corresponding to 5% of all services carried out during the year. GOUV e-residents are charged 25% of all services performed during the same period.

To issue a tax payment guide, citizens simply need to send a request to info@gouv.services, or contact the GOUV Ombudsman directly. The ombudsman will direct your request to the General Treasury, then a payment request will be made to the citizen and the citizen will receive the request via their registered email within 10 working days. After payment confirmation, you will be free to use GOUV services for the next year.

Failure to pay annual taxes may lead to the termination of GOUV benefits. After 3 months without paying taxes, the e-resident title will be terminated and for GOUV e-citizens they will have their name protested in their country of origin and also in internal and external GOUV companies.
