The second GOUV summit took place on August 26, 2023 and was attended by the GOUV Presidency, GOUV representatives in Romania and GOUV representatives in Brazil. The main function of the event was to debate possible forms of entrepreneurship and fundraising in the face of innovations in the global market.
There was also debate about the development of GOUV and its expansion in other regions of interest, such as the Middle East. The event included a key plan for the creation of a General Representation for the region in order to promote projects and present the reality of global events in this space.
The event ended with a tour and dinner at the Historic Site of João Pessoa promoted by the organization Jornalistas que Viajam. The tour’s main function was to introduce GOUV representatives to local culture and history. Before dinner, the group can enjoy the alligator sunset, one of the city’s main tourist events.
