The High Representative of GOUV to the Republic of Angola took part in the National Conference on Human Capital, held in Luanda at the invitation of the Angolan Government. The meeting convened senior public officials, national and international representatives, and civil society organizations to examine strategies for strengthening and developing human potential across the country.
The conference focused on policy frameworks and practical measures related to education, workforce capacity, skills development, and long-term socioeconomic growth. Discussions emphasized coordinated action between institutions, international partners, and community stakeholders.
