GOUV organized an initial coordination meeting connecting a Brazilian micro-enterprise with Romanian companies in the food and gastronomy sector, with the objective of promoting Brazilian gastronomy and opening channels for commercial and cultural cooperation.
The gastronomy workshop was held on Saturday, November 14, and brought together professionals and business representatives interested in cultural exchange and new market opportunities. The session combined product presentation, sector dialogue, and direct networking among participants.
The primary purpose of the meeting was to introduce the host Brazilian company to potential Romanian partners and to establish early-stage relationships for future collaboration. Discussions included possible joint activities, product positioning, and cross-border business development in the gastronomy segment.
