Brazilian students are accompanied by IDRSS during their first months in Romania

Students approved for the scholarship offered by the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE) received free consultancy and assistance from IDRSS for the procedures in Romania. The students were accompanied by the GOUV Representation and Interest Committee in Romania.

They were welcomed in Bucharest with the right to transport, tourist guidance, and face-to-face support during university enrollment. Some of the students also requested a dormitory in the first month during the initial procedures and some of them received full student assistance from GOUV through IDRSS.

Students will present reports after completing the assistance regarding their experiences in order to promote and encourage the development of research at the Institute.

Students who will not have residence in Bucharest also participated in the assistance. The consultancy helped ensure that students had all documents legalized and apostilled, translated and in accordance with the needs of each university. In addition, IDRSS also issued documents to facilitate the opening of bank accounts in the country and enabled direct contact between students and educational institutions.
