On April 25th, the GOUV Presidency was invited to participate in the reception at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Bucharest of the Diplomatic Reception promoted by the Young Ambassadors Forum (5th Edition), with this year’s topic Diplomacy and Activism – Paving the Way for the Sustainable Future. Young Ambassadors Forum is a conference destined for students passionate about international relations, diplomacy and sustainable development. Their mission is to make young people become active citizens, catalysts for change, by debating current global issues and identifying innovative solutions.

An opportunity to meet more students from Romania in the area of politics and international relations, as well as from other European Union countries. Furthermore, it was a space conducive to new ideas to help some projects gain momentum in the international sector. The project is supported by the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Romanian Diplomatic Institute, the Royal House of Romania and other supporters.
H.E. Dr. Zafar Iqbal Ambassador of Pakistan also attended the reception and the GOUV President were able to talk about Pakistan’s economic prospects for Romania, and also about the oportunities to the future regarding economic projects and diplomatic relations. Other ambassadors from Italy, Thailand, Morocco and others visited the event along with the High Representative and President of GOUV.
